Does Pink Eye In Potatoes Continue To Spread To Other Untouched Potatoes,if Already In Storage Sacks?

Picked potatoes and took out pink eye affected ones. Within a day or so, normal potatoes starting showing signs of the disease. They had been hardened off and were about to be put in burlap sacks. Do we have to get rid of all of them now? Seem to affect the larger sized potatoes.

This is caused by a lack of oxygen, too much moisture, and high temperatures around your tubers. If this is slight damage, then you can still use them. If this has led to bacterial issues, then you will have two discard them. This page from the University of Wisconsin will offer more information:
