I got some parrot feathers and was wondering if i could just let them float in my pond or do I have to put them in a pot?

Is your pond a lined pond? If so you can let them just float in your pond. If it is a natural pond, you will need to keep them in pots.

If you have any question on the legality of having this plant in your region contact your local extension office.
