Does celery bolt and will it still grow after flowering?

I have a red celery plant that just started flowering. Trying to find out if my plant will continue to grow after flowering or if I need to collect the seeds and start over.

To cool of temperatures will cause the celery to bolt. Planting to early is a likely cause also.
It will not continue to grow once bolted.
