Q.Does A Fukian Tea Bonzai Lose Its Leaves In Fall/winter?

I just received my first bonsai and I don’t know if I should ecxpect the leaves to fall odd during dall/winter

No. They should not lose their leaves, and if they do, it will signal that the environment is not quite what it should be.
