Does Fig Tree Flower

Does a fig tree flowe, r and if so, what does it look like? I have obtained a fig tree and it was planted last year after it had fruited. It was pruned back hard but still produced large leaves. It is now in leaf again and I am hoping it will fruit this year but have no idea what the flowers look like. Please enlighten me.

They don’t have flowers like other plants do. The flowers are actually inside the fruit. If you don’t see fruit growing, then there will likely not be fruit this season. This is not uncommon for young fig trees.
