Does a bee balm only flower once in the season? Does deadheading it promote rebloom?
It flowered once in the spring but shows no sign of reflowering.

Yes, deadheading is essential with bee balm plants. As soon as flowers begin to fade, pinch off the tops. Without deadheading the plants will go to seed and flowering will cease.
