Do you have to prepare pepper seeds before you plant them? How? I mean pepper seeds from a real pepper not from a store bought package.

No. You don't need to do anything special, like drying, unless you plan on storing them beforehand. Although some people prefer to dry them prior to planting, you can plant them as soon as they come out of the pepper.
