Do Viable Moonflower Seeds Float?

am soaking moonflower seeds for staring indoors. Some seeds float and some sink to bottom. Do this indicate viability? Thanks Donna Fisher

Yes, this will indicate viability in this case. Use, only, the sinking seeds.
