fuzzy balls on vine

Do you leave the fuzzy balls on the vine after flowers fall off I need to know if I cut them off or leave them alone.

I think you may be asking a question about Clematis.
When the flowers fade your left with the fuzzy stamens. They can look quite attractive through the remainder of the summer.
So yes, you can leave them on your plant.
