Seven of our pine trees have turned yellow during the heatwaves, can they be saved?

It depends on the type of pine, and the conditions present. They can suffer from overwatering in compensation for heat, too. Be aware of that, and be sure that the soil has a chance to dry out, thoroughly, down to several inches between waterings. Many pines are capable of surviving, at least, moderate drought, so overwatering will be an issue more than underwatering if you supplement.
