Q.Do Petite Knockout Roses’ Leaves Brown And Fall Off Shortly After Blooming?
My petite knockout roses looked like they might have aphids but before I could spray them, they seemed fine. Now, though, the leaves are browning and falling off.

It is not normal for the leaves to brown and fall. It could be a fungal disease like botrytis blight or beetles like the Japanese beetle.
Also check the undersides of the leaves for aphids. The white spots could be their skins they shed. The holes are from another insect. Spray the leaves, top and bottom, with insecticidal soap to control aphids.
