Q.Do I till winter wheat in Spring

Zone zone 5 Akron, OH 44333 | carolemasa added on March 10, 2015 | Answered

I planted winter wheat last September in our 20′ x 30′ vegetable garden and it grew very nicely. It’s now covered with snow, so I don’t know what is there. I grew it for soil improvement. In spring, do I till it?

In spring, winter wheat can definitely be tilled into the garden soil.
