Till Garden Before or After Using Round Up Weed Killer?

My garden has many weeds and ground cover weeds. so I need to really spray it good. So, do I rototill before or after? Then, how long should I wait to plant? Thank you!

I would recommend spraying before you till. Give the Roundup a few days to work, then till. Then wait at least one week (two if you can to be sure) for the Roundup to break down and to plant your plants.
