Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have my tulip in a very small pot, since I got it from the store and didn’t what to mess with it until I decided to plant it. Its leaves were the only things left on the plant and eventually died. I live in a hot and dry area, do I water the bulb still or do I just leave it alone.

You can discard your tulip now. They generally do not return in warm climates so there is no need to plant it. They are treated as annuals in all but the coldest climates.
