Do I Have to Have a Special Type of Soil to Plant Citrus Trees?

I have three citrus trees that I would like to plant in my yard. 1 is a Rio Rubyred Grapefruit tree, 2nd is a manderin Orange tree, 3rd is a satsomo orange tree. I live in TX down by the coast. Do I need special soil to plant my trees?

You do not need any special soil to plant them. As a general rule of thumb I tell people to get their soil tested before planting just so you can address any nutrient deficiencies before planting. You may also want to amend the soil with compost as plants in general like organic rich soil.
