Do I cut back my Lord Baltimore in late fall and then store over winter?

Allow the plant to die all the way back, then cut the stems to about 3 inches from the ground. You can also wait and prune it back in the early spring.
It’s best to mark the plant location and add some mulch to protect the plants roots.
It will regrow in the late spring and does need warm temperatures to break it’s dormancy, colder climates it will take longer.
