Do Honeysuckle vines stay green all winter?

I want to place them along a 6′ chain link fence to block the view behind the fence, so I need something that stays green all year.

You are in zone 8b so you do experience some below freezing weather. Some honeysuckle varieties will be evergreen in your area or at least semi evergreen (meaning it will lose some but not all leaves). Check the tag when you buy to see. Here are some options:
