our lantana is growing well and is blooming well. However it has clusters of leaves that look like broccoli. Is this a disease or just normal for some lantana?

The misshapen leaves on your lantana are indicative of a disease known as Aster Yellow phytoplasma. Unfortunately, there is no known cure for the Aster Yellow phytoplasma. Plant scientists recommend removal and destruction of all infested perennials because they can harbor Aster Yellow for next year's leafhoppers.
