Diseased pole beans

Question

I have some pole beans that were doing really well, but now have developed yellow and brown spots leading to the leaves curling up and getting brittle. I will try and attach a picture. Any idea what this is and what I can do about it. I’m in Zone 5, Racine, WI.

This appears to be Bean Rust.
