Disease on butter beans

Question

My willow leaf beans have a wine red disease covering the leaves.Tried daconin and neem oil no improvement.Will eventually turn yellow and die

It sounds like your beans are infected with Anthracnose.
Dispose of the infected plants and you should crop rotate.
