directions for use with neem oil

I received my neem oil but there are no directions on mixing it.

If your product is “70% Neem Oil” (clarified hydrophobic extract of neem oil), a standard mixing rate is one ounce (2 tablespoons) per gallon of water. Use preventively, it’s not effective for control of an active pest infestation or advanced fungal infection
