Q.Digging Up Dahlias
Hello, Is it possible to dig up dahlia plants during the growing season? I’m not happy with the spot they are in right now. The shoots are very tiny still, only a few inches. That’s a bit small, considering its already June. I think I planted the tubers too deep (6-7 inches) and too late (Late April-early May). Also, I feel like they are not getting enough sunlight, so I’d like to replant them in a nice big pot. Should I dig them up? If so, how? Should I just leave them and wait? What do you suggest? Thank you.

This will, always, be best during dormancy. Doing so now will stunt them, severely.
