different flower appeared

I have a peace Lily that has for the first time grown a tall strong green flower during non flowering months. This bloomed in October, hasn’t died off yet. Usually grows 7 white flowers as you have pictured. Right now it’s up to 3 recent spring blooms. It gets direct morning sun then just window light. What’s up with the green flower? I’m not sure if the pic uploaded

The blooms can turn green if they are fertilized too much or if they get too much light. They also may turn green as they age before turning yellow or brown.
