If you recently brought this plant indoors, this is a normal issue. It is just going through a bit of acclimation shock. When plants are brought in from outside, they need to be acclimated. This article will help with that next time you bring a plant in: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/hpgen/using-pesticides-and-other-chemicals-on-your-houseplants.htm

Fortunately, hibiscus rebound well to acclimation shock. Make sure it is getting enough light and water, but expect that it may shed yellow leaves all winter. This article may help as well: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/hibiscus/wintering-hibiscus-indoors-winter-care-for-hibiscus.htm
