Details of a Plant and its care

Hi,
Can you please let me know the name of this flowering plant and instructions on how to care for this plant.
My plant stems and leaves are getting dried and brown black in colour and eventually die.
I plant is potted and placed in place where it gets morning direct sunlight and afternoon indirect sunlight. It faces towards south.
I water it regularly. I fertitilized it with compost 2 months back.
Can you please help me? I dont want to see it die.
I bought it from a nursery nearby. They have permanently closed it and shifted, dont know where.

I have not been able to identify your plant.

Can you tell us what the flowers look like? What growing zone are you in?
Are these indoor or outdoor plants?
