Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI’ve had a seed pod for about 5 months. It’s a reddish hue and there has been no change in all this time. How much longer will it take to open up? is there something I can do to hurry it along?

You can help the process along by adding a little potassium. This can help speed up things just a little… but there isn’t much you can do, except wait for it to start splitting.
