Q.Desert Rose–browning And Yellowing On Edges Of Leaves
Hello: I took a desert rose back to MI from Florida. It has had issues with leaves edges of sometimes yellowing or brown edges. Last summer, I did unpot it and found mushy so I cut it that portion off put cinnamon on it and let it sit for while to completely dry before I re-potted however I still have the same issue. Any thoughts–I fertilized it and it is finally blooming this summer and other wise a beautiful plant. It is hard to see but about 12 leaves have this on them. Thanks, Margie

The infection is still present. You will need a strong fungicide, probably a copper based one, to get rid of this. It will be necessary to let the soil dry out, very thoroughly, between waterings. This should be dry down to about halfway down the container before adding more water.
Once a strong fungicide has been applied, and watering habits corrected, you will notice a quick recovery.
