Q.Delayed Lapins Bloom?
Here it is mid-May in central PA. I think I have a Lapins sweet cherry. There are plump buds on the tree but they haven’t broken yet. My other 2 cheery trees of a different variety have already started to form fruit. Is it possible the buds will still break? Or do I have a problem?

I suspect your tree has changed and that you are either seeing fruit or that the buds have dropped. Here's some info for you that should help:
