I have grown grape plant in the backyard of my house. The plant is 3 years old but it does not have any fruit. Flowers appeared but they fell down. please advise what to do. Should we add blood meal or special type of soil treatment?

In most cases, non-fruiting is associated with nutrient issues, like too much nitrogen and not enough phosphorus. Adding bone meal can help encourage more blooms and subsequent fruiting, though it sounds as if there may be a pollination issue since the blooms you are getting drop off.
