Death of ice plants 2018

In Harford County Maryland all my ice plants never came up! 🙁

Can you include more information? Did you plant these from seed? Were they alive beforehand, and did not come up after winter?

If these were from seed, and the seed never came up, then there could be many reasons that they did not come up. Dead or old seed would be the first reason.
