Dead Tree

Question

There is a dead tree in front of my condo. I have told management about it. They have not cut it down or removed it. I am worried in a bad storm it will crash down, and I am trying to figure out how to maybe have this tree finish off so it will fall or something. Any suggestions?

If there are other condo's in your complex start a petition to remove the dead tree. Multiple voices are heard better.
