Damage To Buxus Hedge

Question

Hi, I’m hoping you can help me. I have some Buxus which have done damage but cannot identity what is wrong with them. Photos are attached but some have become very dry and lost leaves but developed some white residue on them. And some have rust like leaves tips. Any help is appreciated as I don’t know if they are salvageable. Many thanks, Vaneesh sharma
