i took cyclmen out of pot ,let it dry out in a cool dark basement. how do i replant it indoor in kitchen window

Choose a pot that is the correct size to the tuber. You should be able to spread out the roots a bit. Plan for 4 inches of soil below the tuber and 1 inch of soil on top.
Use a good quality potting soil mix.
Make sure you plant the tuber with the top side up. The top is usually rough, bumpy or has small nodules. The bottom is round and smooth.
Keep soil moist by water from below. Do not water down the center of the pot, as the tuber will rot.
Keep in a bright and cool location.
