My 5yr old cyclamen hasn’t flowered this year, the leafs are very healthy and I haven’t done anything different this time either, have you any ideas please?

If you have not fertilized the plant, it my be time to do so. It sounds like it needs some phosphorus and potassium to start flowering again, properly. It wouldn't hurt to put in some dolomitic lime, as well. This will help keep the pH in order, as this can often be the cause.
