Cuttings From A Non Bearing Fig Tree = More Non Bearing Trees?

Question

Will cuttings taken from a fig tree that appears very healthy but has not borne any fruit for two years and only a small amount before that be good to grow into trees or will they possibly also be weak fruiters?
