Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI cut my asparagus down in July after they grew about 4 feet high and had become fern like at the tops. About a week later, I had new growth and many small offshoots of asparagus from the main stem. My question is, should I not have cut the asparagus down this early? What do the offshoots mean to the strength of my asparagus?
