Q.Cut Limbs From Crepe Myrtle. Want To Keep Trunks. How Do I Keep Suckers From Growing Where Limbs Were?

The trunk was not cut. Just limbs removed. Want to keep trunk but suckers keep growing back where limbs were.

It is rare to have to remove the CM limbs this time of the year. Wish you could have elaborated on that subject. But CMs typically propagate via su hers, in addition to producing seed. Many other plants do that as well. All you can do is cut them off in spring.
