Hello, After the Canadian winter last year the leaves of my plants complete dried. No growth since a month. Only bare stem. I repotted the plant and added compost to it. Nothing yet

Curry leaf plants are not winter hardy. They should be grown as annuals or brought inside for the winter. You can tell if it is still alive by scraping off some of the bark. If it is green inside it is still alive. Here is more:
