Cucumber seeds

I have scooped all the seeds out of a cucumber to make sucumber soup. There are a lot of seeds left, what can I do with them? Are they suitable for drying and planting?

This is a tricky subject, but if you know a little about the variety that you are growing, and know for sure that nobody around you has anything that can cross pollinate with it (that includes many gourds, and some squash) then, yes.

If these conditions are not met, or they are a hybrid variety, you may end up with a strange fruit that you have never seen before. Sometimes it is edible, and sometimes not. Sometimes it is fun to see what comes of them.
