Cucumber plant

Question

I will be going away in August for two weeks and want to know is it bad for the cucumber plant to be harvested too soon? What about watering? Can it last without water for that long?

You can harvest your cucumbers at a small size such as when you pick them for pickling.

I would recommend you enlist a friend or neighbor to check in on your garden. Your garden will most likely need watering during the week if no rainfall is predicted.
