Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy yard man pruned the crepe myrtles very early in the year about two years ago. Right after pruning, we had a very hard freeze. That spring and summer we had no greenery at all, much less any blooms. Last year, at the very end of the summer, a few leaves started to come out. Will these trees ever be right again or should we replace them?

Your Crepe Myrtle will likely continue to recover from the stress.
It may take several years, so you need to decide if you can wait it out.
