crepe myrtles

We bought 5 crepe myrtles, approx 10 feet tall, pruned and planted this spring. They still are not blooming and don’t seem to be putting out any new growth. We keep them watered with an irrigation system plus hose pipe. Shouldn’t they be blooming some?
