Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comLast year I mistakenly used round up on my crepe myrtles trying to kill pest. Today I look around and all the crepe myrtles are putting their leaves on. My trees are very green on the trunk and somewhat up. But at the very tip and down most of the branches are dead. A friend told me to leave the trees alone until April or May but I was wondering if I need to trim the trees back to let the energy get to the part of the tree that is alive and then maybe it would put some leaves on.
What is your opinion? What should I do? Frustrated for sure!

I would wait out the spring and see how much of your Crepes recover.
