Crepe Myrtle Transplant

I’m propagating some Crepe Myrtle from seed. What is the minimum time they can be transplanted from the container?

Since germination occurs within a few weeks, I would wait until the plant develops its second set of leaves or reaches at least six inches tall before transplanting it to another pot or about a foot tall if moving it directly outside (improves survivability).
