Crepe Myrtle plants – dwarf size

I have the dwarf crepe myrtle and the leaves are a spotted yellow/green. I’m not over watering them not over fertilizing. This is their 2nd year in this spot. They are planted on a fence line on the west side of the home, get lots of sunshine. I do however water them in the evening for about an hour. What can I do to get rid of the yellow spots on my leaves?
