Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comLast year I planted a crepe myrtle bush and have been carefully tending to it this year. It is summer and it should be blooming; however, it has no leaves, it is still alive, and of course, no blooms. Could I have planted it too deep and it not have enough oxygen? What do you think?
