Crape Myrtle Trees
Q.

Crape Myrtle, deep red

Zone San Antonio, Tx 78233 | Judy Branch added on June 11, 2016 | Answered

My Crepe Myrtle trees are getting yellow leaves on the bottom branches. Is this a watering problem (over or under) or something else?

It could be a watering issue. Crepe Myrtles prefer to stay moist. Mulching around the tree can definitely aid in that. Also be sure to fertilize.
