Crape Myrtle Trees

Crepe Myrtle – Deciduous?

I'm in southern California and will be re-doing my front yard. Is the crepe myrtle a good choice if I want green leaves all year?

This plant is a deciduous tree and will lose its leaves at the end of fall.
