Q.Crepe Myrtle
June 6th and my Crepe myrtle has no buds or leaves yet. Its a first year plant I bought mail order. I performed a scrape test and it is a healthy green down trunk 4″ from ground. Temperature has been in the mid 80’s-90’s during day the last 2 weeks. Any idea what’s going on? Thanks, Dan

Being a new planting and lack of leaf out, it's a good chance your tree did not survive.

Most reputable growers will guarantee a tree purchase for the first year. You may want to contact the seller.
