Crape Myrtle

Question

I recently won a packet of Crepe Myrtle seeds and don’t know if they will grow in our area. I live in Yuma, Arizona. We have already reached 110 degrees here this month. If they will grow here, how do I go about planting the seeds? There are 60+ seeds in the packet. Should I plant them in large pots or in the ground or both? I will anxiously await your response.
